Upon arriving, I was delighted by the seamless check-in process and the warmth of the staff, who were consistently friendly and accommodating. I had forgotten my shower bag, and I was pleasantly surprised when it was promptly returned to me by the attentive staff-this level of care truly sets this hotel apart. The air conditioning in my room was impeccable, providing a refreshing escape from the heat, and the clean, modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi, made my stay even more enjoyable. I particularly cherished the lovely terrace where I could unwind after a day of exploring the exceptional location, just a stone's throw from Fifth Avenue, with an array of delightful dining options nearby.
